MV Australia changes its name to World Trail
The future of recreational and competitive trail design and construction has arrived.
One of the worlds most well known trail designers, Glen Jacobs and the MV Australia
crew have now renamed the company to WORLD TRAIL to reflect a broader focus
on all kinds of recreational trails and the company’s international profile.
The World Trail crew consists of 2 directors, Glen Jacobs and Dylan Jeffries and 4
permanent staff members.
Management

Dylan Jeffries: Company Manager, Finance, and Project Co-ordinator
Marketing
Gerard McHugh: Environment, Tourism, Marketing, and Project Manager
Construction
Darren Stewart: Head Machinery Guru and Qualified Builder.
Dennis Beare: New Mountain Cross and Downhill Machine Operator,
Ricky Boyer: Construction and Trail Tester
With over 200 trails built in 18 countries to date, Glen Jacobs has the goods and
experience to make things happen and get the job done. The company’s involvement
with the UCI over the years, combined with first hand knowledge of World Cups and
World Championship logistics puts World Trail at the forefront of international trail
designs and construction.
“We need the sport to grow professionally with more professionally designed and
built trails” Glen Jacobs said, “Our company works full time on trails, we are not
landscape gardeners or part time landscapers, our profession is trails and that’s it”
