What may be Missouri's first-ever tweed ride is coming to Kansas City on April 3rd, The tweed ride phenomenon is hititng cities like Boston, Washington, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Sacramento, and Chicago.

Goldsprints/Roller Races in Springfield this weekend
Roller races have become very popular over last couple of years, including a very active series in Kansas City. This weekend the KC Sprints crew is on the road for an event in Springfield.
Roller races, or goldsprints, are stationary bike races that pit two riders against each other for fun and prizes. It's a lot of fun, and much more of work out than you can imagine.
